• Accredited by or a member of a recognized denomination, or
• Accredited by or a member of a recognized inter-denominational group, or
• Accredited by or a member of a recognized non-denominational group, or
• Accredited by the Federation of Spiritual Healer Licensing Boards (FSHLB)
• Enforce a non-discrimination policy
• Include a signed Statement of Faith for your organization with your application

• Qualified for 501(ac)(3) charitable organization status
